I suffered from a sudden backache for four days last Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I won't go into detail about how it happened and the treatment process, as I've already written about it on my Naver blog with limited visibility.

(I set the visibility to limited due to my family's privacy)

This made me worry about the upcoming Sunday. I have an important task at church, and I couldn't just call in sick. So, I asked for prayers on SNS, and thanks to that, I successfully sat for a long time yesterday!

As I'm approaching my 40s, this recent back pain has made me more aware of my health. Even though I'm relatively healthy considering my disability, whenever I get sick, regardless of severity, I feel bad and sorry for my family.

Actually, this isn't the first time I've had a backache. Once, I also suffered from diarrhea for over half a day due to bad food. And most importantly, I had a severe sore throat for several days, possibly from Covid-19, but I only got tested when I was almost recovered, and it came back negative. It's still a mystery.

It's Time to Really Take Care of My Health

Health doesn't improve overnight. Daily diet and posture significantly impact our health throughout our lives. After taking this mirror selfie yesterday, I thought, 'I look pretty slim considering I haven't been exercising consistently!'

My back is slowly getting better, and I'll try to control my diet instead of exercising. I hope to maintain a healthy and energetic life, both physically and mentally, during my upcoming middle-aged years. That's why I'm writing here again after a long time.

Due to my repetitive indoor life, I'm not sure if I can consistently write here. However, even indoors, if my mind is full of thoughts, they can become good material for writing. So, I want to continue this good habit alongside my Naver blog.
