Unexplained Instagram Account Restrictions: A Common Problem

I, who operate my SNS accounts according to my own rules and promises to myself, frequently access them. Suddenly, I couldn't post comments on Threads, and then I was forcibly logged out. When I tried to connect my Instagram account, I found it had been suspended because of a specific comment. (I suddenly can't remember the Korean term.)

I should have looked closely at the middle part to find out why this happened, but since getting my account unbanned was urgent, I clicked "appeal," entered my email and phone number, and finally got my account unblocked. Then, I checked my email and found this message.

So, I clicked on the "Review Details" in the email, but since the restriction was already lifted, it just took me to the main screen. I also checked my Account Status, but there was nothing there, so I couldn't find the cause.

The problem is, I can post on Instagram, but I can't comment. On Threads, I can only participate in polls; I can't post or comment at all.

Do I just have to wait until February 18th? Or is there something I can do before then to restore my account to normal? I don't record all my activities on Google Calendar, except for Mondays, and simply waiting until Monday feels inconvenient, frustrating, and suffocating.

I had similar problems with my main Instagram account several times, so I ended up switching to this secondary account. Does this mean I should consider limiting or stopping my Instagram commenting activity? Other SNS platforms are more lenient, but I don't understand why Instagram is so strict.

Or maybe it's Meta itself that's the problem. Last year, Facebook deleted a three-year-old comment of mine because I had included a Naver link. I'm sure I received several spam warnings on my original Threads account, which I no longer use, because of Naver.

Finally, I searched and found that many people, like me, have experienced account restrictions without knowing the reason or doing anything wrong, especially on Reddit. That's why I used a slightly provocative title for this post. The conclusion is that maybe it's best not to use these platforms at all.
