Creating YouTube Shorts with ClipChamp

For me, Clipchamp holds a painful memory.

My over five-year-old 1TB desktop has a C and D drive with a 1:9 ratio, making C ridiculously small. One day, I noticed C was flashing a red warning. After asking on the MS community, the culprit was Clipchamp! I deleted it, and the space issue was resolved.

I've used other alternatives, but I had to use Clipchamp again. Fortunately, it's web-based, so I'm using it in MS Edge. I mainly use Firefox; Edge is only for Google Calendar.

(I'm not sure if the installed version or the web version is more limited in terms of functionality.)

I now need to upload Shorts to the church's YouTube channel, which uploads videos weekly. I asked Copilot, and it gave helpful instructions. Reading the responses, even though they're in English, I have a positive feeling that I can succeed with patience.

I tested it with a 10-second video I took when it snowed, adding the date and city. I sent it for review, but haven't received a response yet. Once this is done, editing sermon videos will be easy—just trimming and adding the sermon title and scripture reference.

I learned a lot and am thankful for this Sunday.
